About us…

My name is Phill East, and I’m a GasSafe-registered heating engineer with years of experience carrying out repairs, installs and improving homes.

Welcome to Norfolk Bathrooms and Boilers. I set the business up with the vision to help people with their central heating and hot water requirements as well as bathroom transformations. I wanted to distinguish between the rest of the pack by focusing on the customer perspective and understanding what you want. I didn’t start my working career as a tradie or plumber. I’ve worked in a range or industries and roles which have helped shape my approach, attention to detail and focus on delivering what you want, not what I think you should have or find easiest to do.

I pride myself on good workmanship, clear communication, clean and tidy worksites and leaving you with a brilliantly finished end-product.

Entire Bathroom refit

Phill did an absolutely amazing job refitting our entire bathroom. We had asked for herringbone tiles which I’m aware is a tricky one, but they look superb! He fitted a brand new shower and sink unit for us along with a new vinyl floor, and any obstacles that came up along the way were dealt with swiftly and with no complaint from him. We’re so pleased with our new bathroom and will definitely be asking Phill back for other projects in the future!

With the bathroom being an odd shape and my vinyl being patterned, he advised me on which angle would look best with the vinyl being laid which I hadn’t considered!
